As a member of the Secunia Security Sales team, the Security Consultant will be responsible for the following:
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in all technical aspects of the sales cycle
- Provide troubleshooting and debugging for customers and prospects
- Escalate necessary items to Secunia Engineering for resolution
- Assist in training the Secunia Sales Team on our technology
- Assist in technical briefings for the Secunia sales staff
- Assist in creating valid and technical arguments used in a sales process
- Assist the Secunia Sales Team with technical questions and issues
- Present products to customers via on-line demos
- Manage customer communication and expectations
Position Requirements
- Experience with or educational background related to IT-security
- Understanding of TCP/IP and networking
- Understanding of Windows security
- Understanding of firewall, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanning
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills both online and in person
- Must be fluent in English and fluent in at least either German or Danish
- Able and willing to speak to live audiences
